Get your questions answered!   Join us via simulcast for a one of a kind CE event.  AHEC has assembled a group of experts to share the pearls and pitfalls of MQSA EQUIP compliance.  This is a unique program that provides a forum for sharing best practices from all the major players in developing and maintaining a compliant EQUIP program.   

Since the end of the educational period on March 2, 2018, the number of inspected facilities issued Level 2 violations has increased monthly.  You will learn the most common types of deficiencies from Kaye Jividen the Texas Mammography Accreditation Program Coordinator and Trae Windham the Manager of the Mammography Group will share the types of EQUIP violations being seen during facility inspections and how to avoid them. That’s not all!  Dr. Raj Hashmi will provide insights on Radiologist role in the EQUIP program and Deborah Thames will conclude the program with the technologist perspectives and share useful examples encountered in providing onsite assistance to mammography facilities.
