If you are registering other people, you cannot register them through your account. Supervisors registering employees must create an account for each employee. AHEC Web Store will not be able to accurately record purchases and build a transcript if accounts are used by more than one person. Furthermore, AHEC Web Store will not be able to accurately verify you as the person attending a class or completing a home study. This may result in your not receiving credit for a class or home study course.
Payments are made by credit card when ordering online. Confirmations are emailed to notify you of receipt of your registration and will show your payment. Registrations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled course will automatically include a $25 administrative fee.
All orders (registrations, home study orders, and/or book orders) must be cancelled by calling our office (800.239.1361). YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER ONLINE. If canceling a fellowship class, please see additional instructions below. Course cancellations must be received by 8 am CST on the Friday, 2 weeks prior to the class. Cancellation Policy for all Fellowships
All cancellations must be received in writing. For those received at least 14 working days prior to the seminar date, a refund less a 30% administrative fee will be given. Beyond this time, no refund is given, but tuition credit (less a 30% administrative fee) may be applied to future course offerings within a twelve-month period. Any confirmed registration not canceled in writing will be subject to tuition forfeiture.
Refunds for cancellations received by the cancellation deadline will be made within 45 days following the class. No refunds are given for non-attendance.
Minimum Class Size
All classes require a minimum number of attendees. AHEC Web Store reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number is not met. AHEC Web Store is not responsible for travel reimbursement in case of cancellation. Please check with our registration desk if the status of your class is not known.
Certificate of Completion
AHEC Web Store provides you with a certificate of completion with the agency approval number the day of your meeting to serve as your permanent record of attendance. The certificates are available on the day of the seminar if you are registered by the Monday prior to the class. This certificate indicates CE credit. You may want to put it in your personal file to show have completed your required CEUs.
To receive credit for a CE activity, you must attend the entire function. ASRT will no longer allow credit to be issued for partial attendance in a course. You cannot leave early without a change in the number of CE Credits. If you arrive late, your certificate will be changed by the instructor. CE rules are straightforward and rely on your professionalism in documentation. CE records are kept at AHEC Web Store for 6 years. If you lose your certificate, a duplicate may be issued for a fee after your attendance has been verified on the class roster.
By you accepting and agreeing you allow AHEC to use your mailing address and email address to send you marketing information about our future continuing education classes. In addition, AHEC will not sale your private information to third parties.
Our programs - both what you see, what you hear, and your handout materials are fully copyrighted by AHEC Web Store. No audio recording, videotaping, or copying without permission please.
