• Mastering MRI: Angiography, Safety, and Artifacts

This course delves into the specialized field of MR Angiography, covering fundamental concepts, safety protocols, and advanced imaging techniques. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of MR Angiography, including the definitions, terminologies, and principles underlying Time of Flight and Phase Contrast imaging. The course will explore key parameters, pulse sequence design, and methods for enhancing image quality such as flow compensation and presaturation. Students will also learn about image reconstruction processes, safety considerations, and the biological effects of MRI, with a focus on the handling of biomedical implants.

This is part 4 in a 4-part series. These can be taken all together for 16 hours of structured Education to satisfy the requirements for the MRI Registry or taken separately for continuing education.
