Jence Garza , MHA, RT(R)
Jence Garza, MHA, RT(R) is the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Health Education Center and MEDRelief Staffing and has been with our company since 2001. Offering over thirty years of radiology and leadership experience, before joining the AHEC team, Jence was Director of Ancillary Services for Covenant Health Systems Medical Group based in Lubbock, Texas. At the time this was one of the nation’s largest groups with practices in Texas and New Mexico where she led a team of over 140 imaging and laboratory professionals in various outpatient settings. She spent nearly 6 years as a senior radiologic technologist in the Cardiac Cath Lab, and prior to that worked as a staff radiologic technologist. Ms. Garza attained her degree and graduate degree from Texas Tech University. She has served as the Co-Facilitator for the Joint Commission's Healthcare Staffing Advisory Council since 2016 and currently volunteers on a committee for the Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists.
